Với mặt bằng bố trí hiện trạng của căn hộ. Ở khu bếp, một hệ cửa trượt được thêm vào để ngăn mùi khi nấu nướng. Và hệ cửa trượt này sử dụng gỗ plywood, sau đó được dán veneer vân gỗ ghép và rồi hoàn thiện dầu lau màu xanh dương. Giải pháp này giúp hiệu quả về công năng cũng như tạo điểm nhấn cho cả không gian sinh hoạt chung.
Phòng khách được bố trí dải đèn LED âm trần, tạo hiệu ứng ánh sáng chuyển tiếp giữa trần và tường, kết hợp cùng đèn gắn tường dành riêng cho khu vực bàn ăn, nhằm hạn chế tối đa việc can thiệp vào trần.
Các phòng ngủ được tối ưu hoá hệ tủ lưu trữ nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu ngày một tăng theo thời gian của người sử dụng. Bên cạnh đó, hệ vách chia ô vuông gắn tường kết hợp cùng hệ tủ gỗ và kệ inox, giúp mọi món đồ trang trí khi đặt vào đều trở nên cân đối trên nền của một hệ lưới caro.
Các phòng vệ sinh được tạo điểm nhấn bằng gạch mosaic nhằm tạo thêm chi tiết cho không gian.
Cuối cùng, việc hạn chế đèn âm trần và tạo ra khoảng trống sẽ giúp cho người sử dụng có nhiều cơ hội cho những chiếc đèn sàn và nội thất trang trí.

Given the current layout of the apartment, a sliding door system was added to the kitchen area to block odors while cooking. This sliding door system utilizes plywood, which was then veneered with a pieced wood grain finish, and finally completed with a blue Lauan oil coating. This solution delivers functional efficiency while creating a focal point for the entire common living space.
The living room features a recessed LED strip light that creates a seamless lighting transition between the ceiling and the wall. This is combined with wall-mounted lamps dedicated to the dining area, aiming to minimize any structural intervention to the ceiling.
The bedrooms feature optimized storage systems to meet the growing needs of the occupants over time. Additionally, a wall-mounted square-grid panel system, combined with wooden cabinetry and stainless steel shelves, ensures that every decorative item placed inside looks balanced against the background of a checkerboard grid.
The bathrooms are accented with mosaic tiles to add more detail to the space.
Finally, limiting recessed ceiling lights and leaving open spaces will give occupants more opportunities to arrange loose lighting fixtures and decorative furniture for their own private spaces.
